Meet The PawperTube™ – The world's first plastic-free slow feeder for cats.

Why do cats ignore expensive gadgets just to bat bottle caps across the floor? Because sometimes the simplest designs create the best enrichment. By tapping into your cat's natural hunting instincts, you turn everyday mealtime into an engaging game of cat and mouse—keeping your cat active, mentally stimulated, and eating at a healthy pace while you go about your day.

Why You & Your Cat Will Love It:

✓ 100% Plastic-Free & Biodegradable: Crafted from FSC-certified paper and printed with non-toxic soy inks—zero microplastics, zero petroleum.

✓ Durable Yet Lightweight: Heavy-duty paper holds its shape against bites and claws while remaining naturally lightweight—so your cat can effortlessly bat, roll, and chase it across the floor!

✓ Promotes Slow Feeding: Encourages natural hunting instincts and healthy digestion, helping prevent overeating and boredom.

✓ Perfect Hole Size: Tested to fit. Choose The Micro (13mm) for most dry cat food/treats, or The Macro (15mm) for larger dental kibbles.

✓ Grease-Resistant Interior: Food-grade, plant-based lining prevents treat oils from staining or weakening the cylinder.

✓ Whisper-Quiet Play: Soft-touch paper won't clatter across hard floors during midnight hunting sessions.

✓ Compact & Tidy: At about 5" tall, it looks gorgeous in modern homes and tucks away easily when play is done.

The tube is pleasant to touch, and easy to use. My cat quickly learned how to get the food out of it, and we give her half of her daily ration in the tube, to slow down how fast she eats. I am quite happy with the tube. I purchased 2: a bigger size hole for dental kibbles and smaller - for regular food. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the lovely review! Turning half her daily ration into purposeful play is pure cat-parent genius. We are thrilled to hear that PawperTube is making slow feeding and daily feline wellness feel completely effortless. Thank you so much for supporting our small business. Give your smart girl some extra love from us! 🧡

Why paper?

Built for Paws, Safe for the Planet.

Made from FSC-certified, greaseproof paper, the PawperTube™ is safe, biodegradable, and surprisingly durable.

While traditional plastic feeders scratch easily—shedding microplastics and harboring bacteria that can cause feline chin acne—our cylinders are engineered from a cleaner, safer material.

✓ Heavy-Duty Reinforced Paper:

Crafted from thick, FSC-certified industrial paper, engineered to withstand pouncing, batting, and biting without collapsing or losing shape.

✓ Grease-Resistant Interior:

Our food-grade, plant-based lining prevents grease from soaking into the paper, keeping the cylinder sturdy, clean, and stain-free meal after meal.

✓ Soy-Based Inks & Zero Plastic:

Finished with non-toxic plant-based inks and 100% plastic-free materials. Safe for active chewers, and returns naturally to the earth when its hunting days are done.

Why Felines (& Their Humans) Love It

Prevents the 'Scarf & Barf'

By turning mealtime into a problem-solving game, it forces your cat to slow down. Pacing food intake naturally improves digestion and stops upset stomachs.

Satisfies Their Inner Hunter

Indoor life can get boring. Batting and working for their treats turns mealtime into a game of cat and mouse, engaging natural predator instincts, and keeping your cat active and mentally stimulated.

Guilt-Free Independent Play

Keep your cat off your keyboard while you tackle your inbox. This self-guided puzzle delivers independent play so you can jump on a meeting or drink coffee in peace.

Frequently Meowed About (aka FAQs)

We hate stuck treats as much as your cat does!

We regularly test real kibbles and treats to make sure your cat gets the perfect problem-solving challenge. Here is our growing list of tested brands:

✅ Fits The Micro (13mm):

Temptations™
Greenies™ Feline Dental Treats
Go! Solutions™: Dental+Immune Health™
Purina ONE® / Purina Pro Plan® (Standard dry kibble)
Hill’s® Science Diet® Adult Urinary Hairball Control (& their other standard adult size kibbles) Note: we find their new formulations too crumbly for our feeder. It works – but prepare for a crumby floor (not that your cat won't take care of that! =^.^=)
Most standard round or triangular kibble roughly the size of a green pea.

✅ Fits The Macro (15mm):

Hill’s® Science Diet® t/d Dental Care & Oral Care
Royal Canin® Feline Care Nutrition™ Dental Care & Veterinary Diet Dental

❌ Will NOT Fit Either Size:

Nutribites™ Freeze Dried Salmon and most other large freeze-dried chunks or jerky strips.

Rule of Thumb: If a food or treat is wider than a standard glass marble (16mm), it won't pass through unless you can break them up!

Don't see your cat's food listed? Send us a message! We love testing new kibbles and treats to add to our directory.

💡 Pro-Tip for Beginner Cats:
Want to introduce a skeptical cat to puzzle feeding? Put smaller treats (like Temptations or Greenies) into the Macro size! They will tumble out much faster, acting as an "Easy Mode" confidence booster before you transition them to the Micro. Just know they will tumble out fast—like your cat just hit the treat jackpot!

Because the PawperTube™ is made from durable paper with a greaseproof plant-based lining, simply wipe the inside with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry.

Do not submerge in water. Discard if wet or heavily soiled.

We always recommend supervising your cat during play – especially during their first few sessions or if you know they are an aggressive chewer.

The great news is that because the PawperTube™ is 100% plastic-free, non-toxic, and printed with plant-based inks, you never have to panic about your cat ingesting sharp, toxic microplastics or synthetic dyes if they do manage to chew on it.

⚠️ Important Pet Safety Guidelines:
This product is designed for interactive enrichment, not aggressive chewing. Remove immediately if your pet begins to tear or chew pieces off the tube. Discard if wet or soiled.
